Returns Information
All T-shirts bought on Meta Cortex with the exception of sale and special items comes with a 30 day money back guarantee. This means you can return your product to us within 30 days of purchase and are eligible for a replacement or refund.
Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:
Product is sub standard upon receipt
Product becomes sub standard after a short period of time.
Incorrect size ordered or sent.
All purchases in the UK are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations which means that any purchase can be refunded within 7 days of receipt of your goods no questions asked as long as you return the T-shirt back to us.
Returns Procedure
Before returning any item please follow the correct procedure, as failure to do so may mean that your right to return will be rejected.
1: Please use the following form before returning your garment located here.
2: We will then provide you with a RMA number and address to return the T-shirt to, please make sure that the return reaches us by the 30 day marker or it may be rejected.
3: Once we receive the item and confirm the issue we will either refund the payment, or issue a replacement where applicable.
Notes:
Items damaged by not following the wash care instructions are exempt from the guarantee
In the event of returns, we cannot cover costs of postage for returns.
Refunds given are for the original purchase price +postage only.
We regret to inform that items lost in transit will only be replaced and not refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel any return claims if we feel that the instructions have not been followed.
